Tail Cone

1. Loosen the two cage bolts. Slide the strap under the cage so its slots sit on the bolts. Snug the bolts.
2. Slide the dome over the bottom of your bottle. The ribs grip the bottle.
3. Push the strap root into the pocket on the dome skirt until it stops.
4. Turn the M4 bolt into the nut. Snug plus a quarter turn with a drop of blue threadlocker. Do not overtighten.

Riser

1. Remove the cage and its two bolts.
2. Bolt the feet to the bosses with the cage bolts. Snug, do not crank.
3. Bolt the cage to the top bar with two more M5 bolts, in the pair of holes that puts the bottle where you want it.

Rail

1. Remove the cage. Bolt the rail to the frame through two of the three slots.
2. Slide the rail to the position you want and snug the frame bolts.
3. Bolt one or two cages to the round holes, 63 mm apart.

Capsule

1. Loop a hair tie over the two J hooks on one side of a window. Repeat for the other side.
2. Slide a tube, a CO2 cartridge and a multitool in through the window. The ties hold them against the wall.
3. Drop the capsule in the cage, nose up. It sits like a bottle.

Fabrication

We fabricate each part in ASA, one thin layer at a time. Up close, you can see fine lines on the surface. The lines are normal, and we check every part before it ships. ASA holds its shape in a hot car and does not chalk in the sun. If a part breaks, write to us with a photo.
